BCBA Job Highlights (Hybrid ABA Position)

• Hybrid BCBA role (clinic + flexible work options)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule
• No nights, no weekends
• BCBA caseload capped at 12 clients (~32 billable hours/week max)
• ABA clinical focus: assessments, behavior intervention plans, supervision, RBT training, parent training
