Social Worker

Pride Health is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care management services to a diverse member population in Everett, Washington, 98201.

Medical Social Worker (MSW) Requirements :

• Day shift: 5x8s (7:30 AM–4:00 PM)
• Contract: 12 weeks, starts ASAP
• Must have Washington State license (in hand required)
• 1+ year experience minimum (acute care required)
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must work every other weekend
• Experience needed in:
• Acute care discharge planning
• Care coordination / case management
• Med-Surg and hospital-based social work
• BLS required
• Must be able to work across multiple hospital campuses (Colby & Pacific)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must be flexible to float across units
• No local candidates (50-mile rule)
• Guaranteed hours: 72 per 2-week period
• Must complete onboarding modules (~16+ hours) before start
• Strong preference for broad case management experience (high-risk, discharge, community resources)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
