Educator Panel is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a school-based opportunity in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity to work closely with an elementary-aged student in a supportive educational environment and make a meaningful impact every day.
Position Details:
- Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Location: Uniontown, PA 15401
- Setting: School-Based
- Age Group: Elementary School
- Caseload: 1 Student
- Schedule: Up to 35 hours per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Through June 2, 2026 + possibility of continuing into the 2026–2027 school year
Compensation:
- 1099: $15 – $28/hour
- W2: $20 – $25/hour
Requirements:
- Active RBT Certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and behavioral support skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
- Reliable, professional, and student-focused
