Looking for a rewarding role with a schedule that fits your life? We’re hiring for in-clinic positions at our Milwaukee location (3238 S. 16th Street) with flexible shifts Monday–Friday. Consistent weekday availability is required. Positions can be full-time or part-time—whether you're looking for just 10 hours a week or ready to build a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we’d love to hear from you!

We offer a variety of preferred shift options to meet your availability:

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM
• 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM / 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Work 1:1 with kids in home, clinic, or community settings
• Follow individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use positive reinforcement to support learning and development
• Track progress with simple data collection
• Communicate with families and supervisors to ensure success
• Stay open to feedback and continuous growth through on-the-job training

We're Looking for Someone Who:

✅ Has a big heart and naturally connects with kids
✅ Loves being silly, playful, and engaging - think goofy voices, singing off-key and dancing like nobody's watching
✅ Is comfortable getting down on the floor, building towers, pretending to be a dinosaur, or joining in a favorite game for the 100th time
✅ Is full of energy and wants to make each day exciting and safe for a child
✅ Is reliable and communicates well - kids depend on consistency
✅ Welcomes feedback and enjoys learning
✅ Can adapt on the fly - plans often shift with kids!
