Role Description
The role involves implementing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for clients, collecting data and monitoring progress, supporting client skill development, and following behavior intervention and treatment plans. The ABA Therapist will work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure that each client receives individualized, high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis
- A strong background in Psychology and understanding human behavior
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build trust and communicate effectively
- Experience working with children, with patience and adaptability being essential
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred, or willingness to obtain RBT certification
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning and behavioral challenges
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to comply with all safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards
