Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Current (or eligible) School Psychologist certification in Arizona
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and offering counseling to elementary-aged students
  • Proficiency in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student achievement
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant federal and state education regulations is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments to help identify students' needs
  • Develop and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students individually or in small groups
  • Consult with teachers and parents to design classroom accommodations and strategies
