Social Worker -PACE Program (Bilingual in Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish)

Duration: 6 Months

Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri | 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited college or university, plus 2 years of experience in a health‐related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 1 year of experience working with the elderly population within the past 3 years required.
• Bilingual in English and: Arabic, Farsi, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle or other approved transportation, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required, as this role will involve traveling away from the primary office 30% or more of the time.
