This full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist role supports pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders through a program focused on recovery and social support.
- Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, and support treatment planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure client needs are met.
- Assist with program development, maintain accurate records, and adhere to confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate referrals to external agencies and facilitate crisis interventions when necessary.
- Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work, licensure as LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC, with at least two years of experience in social work.
- Requires knowledge of behavioral health practices, crisis management, and working with at-risk populations, along with strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
