Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist within Illinois schools is highly desirable
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of high school students (grades 10–12)
  • Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
  • Ability to provide counseling as needed
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans
  • Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention to students when necessary
  • Facilitate the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
