Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychology endorsement
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist within Illinois schools is highly desirable
- Comfortable managing a caseload of high school students (grades 10–12)
- Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
- Ability to provide counseling as needed
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans
- Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention to students when necessary
- Facilitate the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
