Core Responsibilities:

• Provide social-emotional support and counseling to elementary students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to help implement successful educational and behavioral plans
• Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and required reports
• Participate in child study or IEP team meetings, offering insights based on your expertise
• Deliver Home-Bound instruction as needed (2 hours/week), supporting continuity of care for students unable to attend school in person
• Apply creative problem-solving to address a wide range of challenges in the school community
