Client Care Coordinator / Scheduler

We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our growing Comfort Keepers home care team. The primary focus is on sales, outreach, and building strong referral networks, while also guiding families through the process of starting home care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through proactive sales efforts, including door-to-door outreach and community engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources such as physicians’ offices, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations
• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, health fairs, and educational presentations
• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients and their families to assess needs and present care solutions
• Follow up on leads, track outreach activities, and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
• Represent the agency professionally in all community and client interactions
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in home care, healthcare sales, or a related field required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality with natural leadership qualities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
