We’re currently hiring aspiring Behavior Interventionist, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), and Early Interventionists to provide in-home Early Intervention Services and ABA for children ages 0–8 across San Diego County.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy/ Infant Education (in home, clinic, & community settings)
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Track session data
- Support caregivers
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including BCBA’s and more!
- Attend trainings & team meetings
About You:
- You are a compassionate, dependable individual who is passionate about supporting and working with children.
- You are eager to learn and grow; no prior certification is required, as you’re excited to be trained and develop new skills.
- You bring relevant experience working with children or have a strong interest in fields such as Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related area.
- You are reliable and take pride in being punctual and prepared, with dependable transportation for local travel.
- You approach your work with professionalism, empathy and a positive attitude, building trust with those around you.
- You understand the importance of safety and integrity, and are able to successfully complete a background check and maintain work authorization in the U.S.
Physical Requirements: This position requires regular driving between service locations, walking, including walking up and down stairs, transitioning between sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, moving quickly in response to consumer needs, and sitting for extended periods while providing services or completing documentation. The work environment may involve unpredictable consumer behavior and the need for prompt physical response. Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
