School Psychologist – K–12 (Full-Time Contract)

Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time School Psychologist for a 2026–2027 school year contract supporting a K–12 caseload in Morgan Hill, CA. This role focuses on psychoeducational evaluations, assessments, and active participation in the IEP process within a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational assessments for K–12 students
Complete initial, triennial, and special education evaluations
Participate in IEP meetings and present evaluation findings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Support eligibility determinations and service recommendations
Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications
Master’s or Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology
Active California School Psychologist credential (or eligibility)
Experience with K–12 assessments and psychoeducational reporting preferred
Strong understanding of special education law and IEP processes
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage a full evaluation caseload

Compensation & Benefits
Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
Weekly pay
School-day schedule (no nights or weekends)
Support from ProCare Therapy throughout the contract
Opportunity for renewal for the 2027–2028 school year
