Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
Duties
Supervise RBTs weekly, providing training and guidance on implementation of ABA goals.
Provide training and support to families and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
Qualifications
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Required NJ LBA
Must be credentialed with Medicaid
Supervision:
in person for clients up to 30 min travel
hybrid for clients 30-50 min distance
50+ min travel would be remote position.
