Under general supervision, this position provides support and services to clients in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating individual and group sessions, maintaining documentation, coordinating care with families and outside agencies, monitoring client progress, and supporting daily residential activities. Staff ensure clients attend programming, appointments, and other required services while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered with a state-approved credentialing organization (RADT or equivalent)
- Valid California driver’s license
Skills:
Strong communication, documentation, organization, crisis management, teamwork, and counseling skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- FBI/DOJ fingerprint clearance
- Negative TB test
- Drug screening clearance
- Must maintain insurability for driving duties
Pay: $20.00 per hour
