Autism Improvement Services is hiring a reliable and committed Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
- Follow treatment plans and collect data
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain a structured and positive session environment

Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma (required)
- CBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and professional skills
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
