Skills you bring for success:

• Ability to establish customer rapport to provide the right solutions to problems to become your customer's "Trusted Advisor"

• 2 years of in-home or consultative sales experience. HVAC sales is a plus but not a requirement

• Learn and help grow our "No Objections" non-technical sales system
• Manage your customer's experience throughout the sales process and beyond to create your "Customer's for Life"
• Hold yourself accountable for exceeding your goals
• Participate actively and positively in all training exercises and team meetings
• Work across teams to ensure everyone delivers a 5-Star Experience
• Willing and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
• The ability to quickly learn software/programs as we use the best technology available
• Current Virginia driver's license
• Must be insurable by our insurance carrier and will undergo a background check

Work Location: On the road in N. Virginia (Fairfax and Loudoun Counties primarily)

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
