CADC / RADT Counselor (PHP/IOP)

Job Overview

Renew Path Recovery is seeking motivated and dependable CADC/CDAC counselors and RADTs to join our growing PHP and IOP programs in Woodland Hills. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about recovery, comfortable facilitating groups, and eager to grow within a supportive clinical environment.

Our office is conveniently located across from Westfield Topanga, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and near the Los Angeles Rams training facility.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
• Support clients throughout treatment and recovery
• Complete timely and compliant documentation
• Assist with treatment planning and relapse prevention
• Coordinate care with therapists and clinical staff
• Maintain professionalism and positive client engagement

Qualifications

• Active California RADT registration or CADC/CDAC certification
• Comfortable facilitating groups
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Part-Time | In-Person | 1099 or W2 Available
RADT: $20–$24.50/hour
CADC/CDAC: $25–$28/hour

Schedule:
Part-time with flexible scheduling available.
