Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual counseling services to adult clients in a flexible outpatient setting. Clinicians may work in-office in DeLand, via telehealth, or through a hybrid schedule based on preference and availability.

This role is ideal for someone who values authentic connection, trauma-informed care, and the freedom to practice independently within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to adult clients with a variety of clinical concerns
• Develop and maintain treatment plans tailored to client goals and needs
• Utilize clinically appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record system
• Collaborate with referral sources and other providers when clinically appropriate
• Uphold ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards
• Participate in continued learning and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active and unrestricted Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Experience working with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, or related populations preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic rapport-building
• Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, and affirming care
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and accountability
