What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Maintain documentation and clinical quality
What You Bring
- BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- 2+ years of experience with children with autism
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours
