Behavior Technician (RBT candidate)

About Behavior Technician Position
FAMOS Therapies is known for quality over quantity. As a Behavior Technician, you will work side‑by‑side with involved BCBAs who actively support your clinical growth—not supervising from a distance. You will help implement individualized programs, receive consistent mentorship, and gain hands‑on experience that strengthens your clinical skills.

We encourage creativity, problem‑solving, and collaboration. At FAMOS, each staff member is provided dedicated paid administrative time to support high‑quality care. This time is used to prepare for sessions, help develop and review programming, collaborate with supervisors, and explore new strategies to better support clients. You are supported with the training, tools, and guidance needed to turn thoughtful planning into meaningful outcomes for the families you serve.
Now Hiring Individuals with Experience Working with ChildrenWe are seeking candidates with experience in childcare, daycare, schools, respite care, or related fields that involve supporting children. If you enjoy helping kids grow, learn, and connect—and you’re passionate about making a difference—this role may be a great fit for you.

FAMOS Therapies welcomes both experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and individuals who are new to ABA but have experience working with children. Experienced RBTs receive additional incentives and benefits, while those new to the field are supported through paid training and clear pathways for growth. At FAMOS, everyone is provided the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to turn thoughtful planning into meaningful outcomes for the families we serve.
