Downtown Anaheim Family Optometry is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing private practice. We are a modern, technology-focused office that values exceptional patient care, teamwork, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• Optical or private practice experience preferred
• Knowledge of vision insurance including VSP and EyeMed preferred
• Experience with Eyefinity Practice Management is a plus
• Optician experience or license is a bonus
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients throughout their visit
• Manage scheduling, phones, and front desk coordination
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Assist patients with frame styling and lens selections
• Take optical measurements and help with eyewear orders and adjustments
• Perform pre-testing and exam workups
• Support vision and medical billing processes
