- Valid RBT certification in good standing
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with IDD
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement treatment plans consistently and ethically
- Reliable and dedicated with a passion for helping others
- Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish
- Experience working in school or community settings
- Knowledge of data collection and reporting tools
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to behavior analysis a plus
- Prior experience as a Behavior Technician, Therapist, or in related roles working with IDD populations
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
- Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
- Must adhere to all state, federal, and organizational guidelines and standards
