Valid RBT certification in good standing
Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with IDD
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to implement treatment plans consistently and ethically
Reliable and dedicated with a passion for helping others

Nice to Have Skills:

Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish
Experience working in school or community settings
Knowledge of data collection and reporting tools
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to behavior analysis a plus
Prior experience as a Behavior Technician, Therapist, or in related roles working with IDD populations

Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs
Must adhere to all state, federal, and organizational guidelines and standards
