A established hospice company is seeking an LVN - Patient Care Advocate for the Marin county area. This is great position for someone with a strong interest in expanding their career into marketing and sales, and are passionate about our hospice mission.
As a LVN - Patient Care Advocate, you will support and partner with current Liaisons to identify new referral sources and maintain ongoing relationships to increase program census and preference for hospice services. LVN - Patient Care Advocate use their clinical knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. Patient Care Advocates are hospice experts and serve as a resource to Liaisons and referral sources to ensure extraordinary patient and customer service.

Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered license as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly in hospice required: 2-3 years' experience preferred.
- Prior customer service or sales experience strongly preferred.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
