Front Desk and Patient Care Coordinator

PhysioCare Physical Therapy (5-star Google-rated, 25+ years) is looking for a people person who can sell-not just schedule. If you're confident, persuasive and comfortable discussing money, this role has bonus earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Answer calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Greet patients and manage the front desk
• Collect payments (copays, coinsurances, cash, packages)
• Confidently explain and sell out-of-network and cash-based care
• Support clinic flow (light setup, cleaning, laundry)
• Market the office to physician offices and other businesses

Who This if For

• You're comfortable talking about money and value
• You've worked in sales, customer service, or a medical, dental, chiropractic, or physical therapy office
• You're comfortable guiding people to make decisions
• You're friendly, organized, reliable, and energetic

Big Advantage If You Have

• Medical billing or insurance knowledge
• Physical therapy, fitness, or healthcare background

Pay + Upside

• Hourly + bonus opportunities for converting calls into cash/out-of-network plan acceptance
