Job Summary

SLP Counseling in Rochester IL is seeking a motivated and independent Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join a growing private practice as a 1099 contractor.

Position Details:

• 1099 independent contractor position (no benefits provided)

Caseload expectations: Some referral support may be provided; however, this position is best suited for a clinician who:

• Is comfortable building and maintaining a consistent caseload over time
• Is proactive with scheduling consistency and client engagement
• Takes initiative and works independently

This is not a fully pre-filled caseload position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy services to clients
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients and practice owner
• Manage schedule and client retention independently
• Maintain active Illinois LCPC license and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois LCPC license (required)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience with a variety of clinical populations preferred
