We are seeking a Lead QMHP-A to join our mental health programs in Arlington, VA!

The Lead QMHP-A is a team leader who guides the day-to-day operations in our Mental Health Supervised Living Programs and provides direct support to individuals who reside in those programs. The Lead QMHP-A ensures overall service delivery and monitoring of person-centered plans in collaboration with individuals supported and staff. The Lead QMHP-A is responsible for training, mentoring and oversight of staff to ensure quality services and continuity of care. The Lead QMHP-A must have the capability to effectively communicate and clearly articulate the organization’s mission and philosophy to all members of their particular program or service.

Available Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services field with at least three (3) years of experience working with individuals with mental illness diagnoses.

• Certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult with The Board of Counseling in Virginia.

• Strong organizational skills, administrative skills, and time management.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Computer literacy and data processing skills.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.

• Ability to work as part of a comprehensive service delivery team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possesses Master’s Degree in the Human Services Field.

• Licensed Mental Health Professional – Eligible.

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
