Position Summary
A California school district is seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to provide remote psychological services to K–12 students. This position focuses on assessment, consultation, and IEP participation while working collaboratively with school teams in a fully virtual environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual initial and triennial psychoeducational evaluations
- Complete assessment reports and present findings during IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families via teleconferencing
- Provide consultation on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports
- Assist with eligibility determinations and compliance timelines
- Support MTSS frameworks and early intervention strategies
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
- Valid California School Psychologist credential required
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Experience with virtual service delivery or telehealth platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
