Role Description

VIVUS Counseling Services LLC is seeking a full time Mental Health Counselor to join their team of dedicated professionals. This role involves conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing support for clients dealing with various mental health or behavioral challenges. Counselors will work closely with individuals facing issues such as addiction, domestic violence, trauma, and relationship difficulties. This is an on-site position based in Colorado Springs, CO.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and expertise in Mental Health and Psychology
• Proven experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Proficiency in Relationship Counseling and addressing interpersonal challenges
• Knowledge of Substance Use Disorders, Domestic Violence, and Trauma-related approaches
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Professional or eligibility for licensure in Colorado
• Ability to build rapport and maintain a professional, compassionate approach
