We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead our treatment team.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting with the coordination and management of patient treatment plans. Your primary responsibilities will include data collection, patient assessment, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities and Position Summary

The BCBA Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for writing new intake reports and bi-annual reauthorization reports. The Treatment Coordinator will attend ABA sessions to consult on the treatment plan and coordinate with the team (including the family) to discuss progress and needed changes. The Treatment Coordinator will work in collaboration with case supervisors, ABA technician, family and center-based directors to be sure to capture all the client needs. The coordinator will also review session notes and communicate with providers about agency and insurance company policies and guidelines and ensure adherence. The coordinator will also provide parent training and provider workshops.

Other Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain accurate patient data and medical documentation
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of behavioral therapy interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information
- Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plan and options

Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques
- Understanding of behavioral health principles and interventions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance

- Advanced knowledge surrounding insurance requirements for treatment plan development

Requirements

3+ years working as a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst
