Laser Eye Center is SoCal’s original vision correction practice and one of the most trusted names in LASIK and cataract surgery. For over three decades, we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of patients experience life with clear vision—many saying they wish they had done it sooner.
We are looking for a unique, high-impact team member who can guide patients from consult to surgery—and be part of the surgical experience itself. This role blends patient counseling, sales, and surgical support, creating a seamless and powerful patient journey.
Role Overview
In this hybrid role, you are the bridge between patient decision and surgical execution. You build trust with patients, help them confidently move forward with surgery, and remain part of their journey in the operating room.
This is a high-touch, patient-facing role that combines:

- Coordinate scheduling to maximize consult-to-surgery conversion
- Work closely with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Deliver a strong customer experience that builds loyalty and referrals

- Assist Surgeons during procedures with precision, calm focus, and efficiency
- Prepare and educate patients pre- and post-op, helping them feel confident and excited for surgery
- Perform visual acuity, topography, auto-refraction, OCT, Pentacam, and A-Scan testing, as needed
- Maintain fast room turnover by cleaning, restocking, and documenting after each procedure
- Support follow-up calls, cancellations, and surgery reactivation to protect daily surgical volume
- Uphold inventory, compliance, and equipment standards to prevent delays
- Travel between offices and step in wherever needed to support both patient and surgical flow
