RBTs work with children and families in clinic, home, school and community settings. RBTs assist in conducting assessments, teaching skills, reducing problem behavior, and helping caregivers more effectively care for their loved ones. About Behavior Management Consultants
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Analyst Positions Behavior Management Consultants (BMC) offers supervision to students in pursuit of careers as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). BMC offers students paid positions as registered behavior technicians (RBT) as they pursue their masters degrees. Students receive the required BACB supervision while working under the direction of highly skilled and experienced BCBAs. After students attain their BCBA there are opportunities to work as behavior analysts with BMC.
