Home Care Marketing & Community Liaison

Overview Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to help grow our home care community within an established organization headquartered in Raleigh, NC. This person will be a Liaison serving as a vital link between Legacy Healthcare Services, Home Care and community organizations, healthcare providers, and other referral sources to promote the services of the home care division. This individual will work to increase awareness and participation of this new division within an established, well recognized company. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing and community relationships as well as a solid understand of the value homecare services provides.

Salary + Incentive based

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to target key community organizations and healthcare providers
• Attend networking events, conferences, and other community events to promote the agency's services
• Effectively engage in public speaking events and make professional presentations.
• Develop new and ongoing referral relationships with targeted accounts identified in the Marketing Action Plan to increase referrals and achieve business growth goals.
• Educate referral sources on the benefits and services offered by Legacy Healthcare Services Home Care division
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Track and report on outreach activities and referral sources

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or Communications preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach in home care, home health, hospice or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and home care services
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This position is salary + incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
