OLP Supervisor – CFTSS Program (LCSW Required)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as the OLP Supervisor for our CFTSS (Child & Family Treatment and Support Services) Program. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, compliant clinical care for children and families while supporting, training, and supervising our providers.
The OLP Supervisor will oversee onboarding, supervision, documentation review, and administrative coordination to maintain clinical excellence across the program.
Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and training for new providers
Facilitate monthly group supervision and individual supervision sessions
Provide support for EHR issues and documentation troubleshooting
Monitor provider documentation; follow up on incomplete or overdue notes
Communicate promptly with leadership and respond to emails within 24 hours
Provide bi-weekly task updates and progress reports to the Clinical Director
Assist with treatment plan updates, medical necessity forms, and clinical documentation
Submit bi-monthly reports (1st & 15th) on overdue progress notes
Attend meetings and represent the Clinical Director as needed
Maintain professional communication and strong administrative skills
Basic Qualifications
Active New York State LCSW license (required; LMSW not accepted)
Experience providing clinical supervision
Background in behavioral health or children’s mental health services
Strong organizational, administrative, and documentation abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with EHR systems and Medicaid-compliant documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience within CFTSS, HCBS, or similar behavioral health programs
Passion for mentoring and supporting clinical teams
Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
