About Amada Senior Care Everett

Amada Senior Care Everett is a Non-Medical in-home care agency serving seniors and their families across Snohomish County. We provide compassionate, personalized in-home care including companion care, personal care, and dementia/memory care.

What sets us apart: we specialize in LTCI navigation — helping families access and maximize their long-term care insurance benefits, often at no out-of-pocket cost to the client. We are growing fast and looking for the right person to help us build our presence across Snohomish County.

About the Role

This is a high-impact outside sales and relationship role. You will spend the majority of your time in the field building referral partnerships, converting prospects to active clients, and conducting initial client assessments. If you thrive on relationship-building, are comfortable asking for business, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Referral Development & Community Outreach:

  • Conduct 10–15 in-person referral source visits per day across Snohomish County — hospitals, SNFs, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, geriatric clinics, elder law attorneys, and LTCI insurance agents
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNF social workers, home health liaisons, physicians, and community partners
  • Manage key referral accounts with a focus on partner satisfaction, retention, and consistent referral growth through proactive account management
  • Conduct presentations and educate referral partners about Amada's home care solutions and LTCI navigation services — helping discharge planners and social workers understand how to refer LTCI clients
  • Leverage Amada's LTCI navigation and direct billing capability as a key differentiator in all outreach
  • Represent Amada at community events, senior expos, health fairs, and networking groups
  • Make initial sales calls, schedule appointments and presentations, and follow up consistently

Client Conversion & Assessments:

  • Conduct initial client assessments with prospective clients and families to evaluate care needs
  • Negotiate service agreements with prospective clients and families, ensuring care plans meet their needs and reflect the value of Amada's services
  • Guide families through the onboarding process and convert assessments into active clients on service
  • Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a seamless client experience

Reporting & Operations:

  • Track and report on KPIs including referral visits, conversion rates, and census growth
  • Analyze local market trends and community needs to inform outreach strategies and identify new business opportunities across Snohomish County
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience in home care, home health, hospice, or senior care
  • Proven track record of generating referrals and converting referral relationships into client placements
  • Experience calling on hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, and/or physician offices
  • Comfortable and confident asking for business and managing a high-volume field schedule
  • Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule across Snohomish County

Preferred / Strong Plus:

  • Existing referral relationships with discharge planners or social workers in Snohomish County
  • Experience with long-term care insurance (LTCI) products
  • Clinical background (CNA, HCA, or similar) — helpful for client assessments
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish, Tagalog, or other)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration (preferred, not required)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus: 5–10% based on client volume and retention
  • Vehicle Stipend: $250/month
  • Company phone provided
  • Total Compensation Potential: $65,000 – $85,000+ with bonuses
