Position: Site Director

Are you a BCBA that is looking to work at an organization that prioritizes quality services? We would like to add a dynamic and dedicated BCBA Site Director to the team in Bellevue, WA!

Sprout Clubhouse provides therapeutic services to those affected by developmental delays and disabilities using proven behavioral therapies. This is an opportunity to help lead a group of therapists and facilitate providing essential services to children in need of therapy and support.

The Site Director will provide leadership, guidance, coordinate learning opportunities, and assist in overseeing the intake processes.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
  • Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing behavior analytic programming in a center-based or school-based setting
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising master’s level BCBAs as well as behavior technicians
  • Responsible, hardworking, excellent communication and extremely organized
  • Experience working with learners ranging in age from 2 to 22 years old

Description of Site Director Responsibilities

Intake

  • Manage the intake process including reviewing records to identify appropriate clients for the center, schedule observations, intakes, and assessments, and direct and oversee scheduling process
  • Provide behavior analytic information to prospective families

Clients

  • Collaborate with CEO on marketing strategy and program optimization
  • Produce a report on client enrollment to CEO
  • Collaborate with other Site Directors and BCBAs to determine caseloads
  • Assist management in maintaining client roster
  • Hold partial caseload with support from LABAs

Billing

  • Supervise BCBA billing expectations
  • Track and ensure timely submission of treatment plan authorizations
  • Assist in appeals and audit processes
  • Assist in credentialing process and single case agreements (SCAs)

Organization

  • Collaborate with the CEO to assist in the growth of the organization; provide updates and suggestions for leadership
  • Set goals for and assist in the management of key processes (treatment plan due dates, employee reviews, staff attendance, CBT supervision, BCBA supervision, incident reports); produce process changes and updates
  • Create, maintain, and update company-wide safety plans; provide training to staff

Staff Management and Training

  • Interview potential candidates for BT/LABA/BCBA positions
  • Obtain and store relevant employment and certification documentation
  • Maintain, and evaluate written interviews
  • Provide ongoing training and performance development to LBAs, LABAs, and BTs
  • Manage employee performance review process
  • Provide training and oversight of crisis and behavior management to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
  • Plan and execute staff development for all staff
  • Serve as a leader and role model to leadership staff, provide mentorship and guidance to all staff

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Skills/Abilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Computer: Knowledge of Windows operating system and Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Work independently with minimum supervision and maximum accountability
  • Handle information in a confidential manner in accordance with HIPAA rules and laws
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Handle fast-paced setting with multiple priorities with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy
  • Understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Consistently displays professionalism in his/her interactions with parents and clients alike
  • Be at work on time and ready to start work with a positive attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $62.00 - $75.00 per hour
