Requirements to Apply

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Active or eligible Washington Social Worker license
• 1+ year experience with geriatric population
• Experience with diverse cultural groups preferred

Provide counseling, coordinate care, and support elderly participants through interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting independence, well-being, and community-based living.
