- Provide therapeutic crisis intervention, stabilization, risk assessment, and collaboration in times of acute crisis
- Provide case management services to ensure the successful transition of clients and their families to community-based resources
- Provide services to clients that focus on skill building in all life domains
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers
- Aid in care planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, including casework issues, as appropriate
- Participate in all treatment reviews, program meetings, trainings, and client meetings when necessary
- Complete clinical documentation, including but not limited to mental health notes and other paperwork, service tracking documentation, assessments, and treatment planning
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends as needed
- Participate in providing emergency on-call response as scheduled
- Master’s degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling
- Licensed with
- Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Experience working with children in out-of-home care
- Cultural humility and engagement skills to connect with diverse youth and family needs
- Bilingual Spanish skill set
- Full-time; Sunday – Wednesday, 12pm - 10pm
- Family and client driven schedule, flexibility required
- On-call; one night per week 10pm - 8 am, scheduled with supervisor ahead of time
- Starting at $81,370 - $95,370 per year, actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
- Additional $4000 salary increase for BBS licensure
- Additional salary increase upon passing of a bilingual proficiency exam
