Role Overview
As a Center-Based BCBA at CAS, you'll serve as a clinical leader supporting children with autism and developmental needs through high-quality, compassionate ABA services. You'll collaborate closely with families, technicians, and leadership while practicing within a structured environmt designed to support ethical decision-making and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Utilize developmentally appropriate assessments, including Vineland-3 and other standardized tools
- Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs
- Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions
- Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity
- Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization
- Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical trainings, and ongoing professional development
- In some regions, mentor Associate Clinical Supervisors or individuals accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required, where applicable)
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and supervising clinical staff
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, high-quality care
