We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent college grads to gain hands-on experience in scheduling, customer communication, and real-time problem solving.

What You’ll Do

· Coordinate and schedule daily service calls for technicians

· Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide updates

· Enter and manage service requests in our dispatch system

· Track technician schedules, job progress, and completion times

· Optimize routes and schedule to improve efficiency

· Ensure follow-ups are completed in a timely manner

· Maintain accurate customer records and service history

· Support team operations and assist with special projects

What We’re Looking For

· Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience (internships count!)

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Highly organized with great attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly

· Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

· $18-$22/hour (based on experience)
