Job Title: Part-Time Client Care Coordinator (Remote – Veterinary / Medical Scheduling)

About the Role:
Compassionate Crossings is hiring a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator to support our in-home veterinary end-of-life care service. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in veterinary reception, medical scheduling, call center support, or client service roles who are looking for flexible, meaningful work.

This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person responsibilities at our Bluff Park home base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services for veterinary care
• Navigate multiple scheduling and communication systems
• Provide emotional support and clear guidance to clients
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Schedule (Flexible / As-Needed):

• Weekday daytime shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Evening shifts (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Weekend availability (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Hours will vary based on need; ideal candidates have flexible availability.

Location Requirement:
Must live in or near Bluff Park / Green Valley, AL.
While most work is remote, some responsibilities require coming to our home base, so proximity and familiarity with the area are important.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in veterinary clinic, animal hospital, medical office, or healthcare setting
• Background as a veterinary receptionist, CSR, medical receptionist, or scheduler
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Comfortable with computers, phones, and multiple software systems
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotional situations
