This role involves performing objective, structured psychological assessments to assist the VA in determining disability benefits.This is a non-treatment, non-therapeutic role focused strictly on evaluation and documentation.

Evaluations may be conducted in person and/or via telehealth, depending on assignment needs.This is a 1099 independent contractor position, compensated on a per-evaluation basis. Responsibilities: Evaluation & AssessmentConduct structured psychological evaluations for Veterans based on VA guidelinesUtilize Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and standardized assessment toolsGather relevant history through focused, objective interviewsObjective ReportingDocument findings clearly and concisely in VA-required formatsProvide factual, unbiased assessments without influencing outcomesComplete and submit reports within required timeframesNon-Treatment RoleNo diagnosing for treatment, therapy, or medication managementMaintain strict boundaries between evaluation and clinical careProfessional StandardsAdhere to all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standardsMaintain professionalism when working with Veteran populationsQualifications: PhD from an APA-accredited program in Clinical, Counseling, or School PsychologyActive Psychologist licenseStrong report-writing and documentation skillsAbility to follow structured evaluation protocolsCompensation & Structure: 1099 Independent Contractor Position$125 – $210 per evaluation Flexible schedulingTelehealth and in-person opportunities availableIdeal Candidate: Detail-oriented and efficientComfortable with structured, fact-based evaluationsAble to maintain objectivity and neutralityStrong time management and documentation skillsWhy Join Us?This role offers a unique opportunity to support Veterans through meaningful work while maintaining flexibility and independence.
