Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join our team as a BCBA Center and Home Based. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional behavioral services to clients in both center-based and home settings. Your expertise will help shape the lives of our clients and their families, and we are excited to have you join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans in both center-based and home settings
Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and family members
Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments as needed
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
