Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PMHNP for Residential MH Part-Time/Contract

Villa Behavioral Health is looking for a Part-Time/Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA!

What We Are Seeking: A Part-Time/Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to serve as a prescribing provider at our behavioral health programs in Woodland Hills, CA (and surrounding areas). Current ask is ~ 20 hours per week with one site visit per week

Salary Range: Competitive Starting at $90 and going to $120 per hour depending on credentials and experience

Our compassionate staff is dedicated to delivering top-notch mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. With a range of treatment options, we ensure that each client receives the individualized care they need to achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Clinical Evaluation/Diagnosis (initial within 24 hours and on-going once weekly)

· Prescribe and Manage Medications within scope of licensure

· Clinical Documentation

· Case Consultation

Required Qualifications:

· California Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License

· At least 1 year of experience providing treatment to Mental Health clients

· Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)

· Excellent oral and written communication
