Total Annual Compensation: Up to $113,000

- Base Salary: $88,000 – $95,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)

Responsibilities
- Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making.
- Assist with assessments for clients.
- Introduce therapy programs.
- select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA’s guidance.
- Experience supervising and training therapists, providing parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Experience managing a clinical caseload and creating and monitoring the outcomes of behavioral programs under the supervisor of a BCBA.
- Passionate about and dedicated to changing the lives of patients and families by helping them reach their full potential.
- Receive the supervision and support needed to sit for your BCBA exam.
