Compensation:

• BCBA: $78,000+ based on experience
• BCaBA: $60,000+ based on experience
• Monthly bonus opportunities available

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday (flexible scheduling available)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee ABA programs for children with autism
• Supervise and support Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families
• Maintain high-quality, ethical clinical care

Requirements:

• BCBA or BCaBA certification (required)
• Experience working with children with autism
• Strong leadership and communication skills
