The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and ensuring high standards of clinical care. This role requires strong leadership, excellent documentation skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional ABA services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Write reports for insurance providers and authorization requests
- Supervise Behavior Technicians and build a strong, effective clinical team
- Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and make data-driven program modifications as needed
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, company policies, and funding source requirements
