Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay: $60–$75 per hour (based on experience)

About the Position

Evergreen Health Care Management is expanding its services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the development and delivery of ABA services in Northern Virginia.

This position offers a flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) and may transition based on program growth and client caseload.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and initial evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB standards
• Provide caregiver and parent training
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Assist with development of clinical workflows and service processes
• Support preparation of documentation for state licensing with Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with home-based ABA services preferred
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with Virginia Medicaid enrollment or payer requirements under Virginia Medicaid
• Familiarity with DBHDS licensing or compliance processes
