Mental Health Clinician (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC / Psychologist / RECT) – Multiple CA Locations | Part-Time

Schedule: Part-Time (2–3 Days per Week)
Setting: Correctional Facility

Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Behavioral Health Professionals to provide mental health and therapeutic services across multiple locations in California.

Available Positions, Locations & Pay RatesLCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

• $95–$98/hr: Ione, Corcoran, Susanville, Soledad
• $75–$80/hr: Sacramento
• $75–$78/hr: Chowchilla
• $80–$85/hr: Crescent City, Avenal

LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) – $70–$75/hr

Locations: Sacramento, Ione, Corcoran, Susanville, Chowchilla, Crescent City, Avenal

LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) – $60–$62/hr

Locations: Sacramento, Ione, Corcoran, Susanville, Chowchilla, Crescent City, Avenal

Clinical Psychologist (PhD / PsyD)

• $165–$168/hr: Ione, Corcoran, Susanville
• $160–$165/hr: Sacramento, Crescent City, Soledad
• $135–$140/hr: Chowchilla, Avenal

Recreation Therapist (RECT / CTRS) – $65–$70/hr

Locations: San Luis Obispo, Coalinga, Susanville, Lancaster, Ione, Tehachapi, Blythe, Delano, Imperial

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and clinical evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes

Qualifications

• Active California license (LCSW / LMFT / LPCC / Psychologist / RECT)
• Minimum 12–24 months of recent experience
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
