IMMEDIATE OPENING – Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Golden Spectrum Therapy | Mount Airy, MD (In-Home)

Golden Spectrum Therapy is seeking a passionate, reliable RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs in the Mount Airy, MD area.

We are a small, growing practice built on the belief that every child deserves high-quality, heart-led care. We're looking for someone who is engaging, creative, and genuinely excited to make a meaningful difference — not just in a child's progress, but in the whole family's journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home
• Collect data and complete session notes using Motivity
• Collaborate with caregivers and supervising BCBA
• Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation to client homes in the Mount Airy area
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to actively engage with children throughout sessions

• Part-time | Afternoon sessions (after school hours)
• In-home therapy in the Mount Airy, MD area
• Direct, ongoing BCBA supervision and support
